Hold on to Your Positive Passion

Continued positive passion will cause you to excel in life to heights unknown. Webster defines PASSION as Ardent Love. The word (ARDENT) means: intensely devoted; eager or enthusiastic. You may have passion (ardent love) for praying, fasting, reading, writing, helping, inspiring others, etc… Whatever your positive passion is don’t stop it because it will set your placement in life. Obstacles will come to interfere with your passion; but, you must have enough strength to hold on and pursue. Your passion was not just by chance or self inspired…it was God given! Keep your passion and Be Encouraged!View Image

Nice

Go to fullsize imageAfter eating a cold bowel of watermelon, I reclined back on the love seat and the word Nice entered my mind. Immediately I began to ponder about that word Nice… People will often say you can not be too nice because others will take advantage of you; or they will take your kindness/niceness for weakness. But I looked up the word Nice; it simply means,” exhibiting courtesy and politeness.” Maybe I’m missing something, but I really don’t understand how a person could be too courteous or polite to another human being. Jesus went all the way to the Cross being Nice…(exhibiting courtesy and politeness). Regardless to what they did to Him, He stayed right there(on the cross). We have taking the meaning of doing what is right regardless to how others respond or perceive us for being too nice. When you do what is required of you in spite of what the next person does… its not that you are being too nice; however, you are doing what is right! Let us continue to exhibit courtesy and politeness to one another. Take the time to use the words: Thank you, Yes (no) ma’am, Yes (no) sir, You’re welcome, Have a blessed day, Good morning (night) I love you, etc. These words do not weaken who you are; in fact they show your strength! Be Encouraged

God Specializes

Go to fullsize imageSpecializes means to suit to a special purpose. Sometimes we run into rivers that seems uncrossable, mountains that are unclimbable and valleys we can not tunnel through. When it look like there's no way out we must trust God and have no doubt (without faith it is impossible to please Him).
Listen throughout all of our generations we have heard bible stories about people crossing the Red Sea, dancing in Firey Furance, making friends with lions, being healed from touching hems, mud restoring eye sight, spoken word instantly stop insanity and on and on "I know you know." Well I want to remind you that the dilemma or condition you are facing RIGHT NOW, God specializes in it too. After all, he is well suit for your special purpose, yes, He specialize in our impossibles.  Be encouraged!

Leaning on everlasting arms: Don't Be Taken!

Leaning on everlasting arms: Don't Be Taken!: "“My spouse turned me out, my spouse turned me out!” cried the young lady. Someone asked the question, how did he turn you out? Well, all I u..."

You shall reap!

Be not weary in well doing, you shall reap if you faint not. "I am my own individual" Haven't you heard that statement? Well I use it a lot, especially when  I refuse to be apart of an outdated click... However, why do we repeat this self-centered statement, If we are going to stop doing what we are suppose to do, because of someone else decision in life. Example: Kitchen needs cleaning, there are four people in the house. Everyday, dishes are added into the sink, piled up on the table, left on the stove, stuffed in the back of the refrigerator and on the counter top. What a Mess! Now you need an exterminator to kill what you created. Be not weary in well doing (whether its home related, work related, church related or even relationship related) you shall reap if you faint not! Be Encouraged!

Don't Be Taken!

View Image“My spouse turned me out, my spouse turned me out!” cried the young lady. Someone asked the question, how did he turn you out? Well, all I use to do was sit at home and perform my wifely duties. I was very submissive to his demands. I treated him like the “King” he declared he was. I washed and ironed his clothes every Friday and Saturday night. I made reservations for him/them, at only 5 star motels, as he requested. The young lady kept crying, “My spouse turned me out, my spouse turned me out!” Every week I brought my pay check home so he could add up my hours, as he ordered. I never spent a dime more than he permitted. I kept the house clean, because he said when he brought his co-worker home he didn’t want her to enter a dirty house especially our bedroom! “My spouse turned me out, my spouse turned me out!” cried the young lady. My family would get angry with me and call me a fool. I didn’t understand why, until one day; I was wrapped up in this white jacket strapped to a bed looking at four empty walls…. Listen, I know some of us might agree with the family (call her a fool). But hold that judgment. We agree that her spouse took her on a “JOY” ride…Right? Well, why is it that we let the devil take us for a “JOY” ride daily: have us up all night long clubbing , drinking and driving, slipping and hiding, smoking and chocking, drugging and mugging, fornicating, committing adultery, digging ditches for our fellowman, lying on each other, plotting plans on how to destroy someone’s character… If we don’t stop we will be just like the young lady, confined to a place we don’t want to be! Be Encouraged!

Life support is an emergency procedures performed to sustain life which includes resuscitation. resuscitation means to bring a person back to life after an apparent death or in cases of impending death (about to die). I asked the question, who need life support? If you have been "Hit" by divorce, infidelity, loneliness, sickness, lost of a love one, foreclosure, repossession, lied on, criticized, scandalized, used or abused. Yes, you need life support. Life support( relating to resuscitation) will supply you with  the temporary assistance that you need until you are able to breath on your own. As strong as you are, you still need that support after any of these "Hits".  I have three (3) personal life supporters that you may use at anytime: My Father (God) His son (Jesus Christ) and His Spirit (the Holy Ghost). Use them as your life support: you can depend on them anytime of the night... all night long. Anytime of the day... all day long. Anytime of the month... all month long. Anytime of the year... all year long. Be Encouraged!
